I found a nice painting on your website that I would like to buy. How can I make a purchase?
In order to purchase Paula Nizamas paintings on www.nizamas.com you have to establish user account with us.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept major credit cards online and via phone. Paypal is also accepted.
I can see that most of your paintings are previously sold. Can I commission the artist to create similar one? If so, how can I commission the artist?
That’s very easy. You just simply place your order by adding your favorite picture to your cart. After check out you will receive e-mail confirmation that your order has been accepted. Usually, it takes about ten days to finish the painting. The painting will be shipped after it’s dry and ready to leave our studio. You can also see status of your order on your account page.
I live in Chicago area. Can I set up an appointment and visit your showroom?
Yes, you cancontact usfor appointment and set up private showing. Showroom prices will vary from the internet prices.
I’m an interior designer and work with private and corporate clientele in Chicago area. I would like to visit your gallery and see if I can use your paintings for my future interior design projects.

Do you issue receipts?
Yes, you will be e-mailed receipt upon a completion of checkout process and also will be able to access it in your account.
SHIPPING
How do you pack your paintings?
Your painting will be packed with artist’s supervision and special care. Each painting or each panel in case if you buy multiple panel painting is wrapped in special protective plastic and shipping industry approved bubble wrap. Once painting is wrapped it will be placed into custom made corrugated cardboard shipping box. It guarantees that your painting will arrive safe and sound.
What shipping company do you use?
To ensure safe and fast delivery and handling we use Federal Express(FedEx) to deliver our shipments.
Will you provide tracking number for the package?
Yes, we provide tracking number for every package we ship. You can access all of your current and recent transaction details on your account page.
What happens if the package is damaged lost or wasn’t delivered?
Please contact us by e-mail or call us to report this incident. Our goal is your 100% satisfaction. We will issue full refund on your credit card or submit a refund in original way that was used to pay for your item.
How long does it take to ship my painting?
If you buy the painting which is already in our showroom we ship it in three business days. Delivery time takes about 2-10 business days depending on your location. All paintings are shipped from our showroom-studio in Greater Chicago Area, Oak Brook, IL.
RETURNS
Can I return or exchange my painting?
Yes, you can. If your painting was damaged during transit all returns are accepted for full refund. Must contact us and report the problem. We will mail you return shipping label so you pay nothing.

If you changed your mind and you think that you would like another one you can return your painting in 15 business days from delivery confirmation. Actual shipping costs will be less and will be deducted from the total amount you paid. It also called restocking fee. If you would like to exchange your painting with another one, we will waive restocking fee.
